A former Royal Marines Warrant Officer, Billy is the master of doings things right. He is our Director of PMO Operations and has deep experience in organising, correcting and directing efforts in time-sensitive and mission critical roles, as well as bringing healthy doses of reality and sense to all scenarios.
With a keen eye for detail, Billy is responsible for ensuring that any support given to our clients meets his detailed processes and exacting standards.
James Drummond-Davies

PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, MSP
Born in Shoreham, James has been delivering project results for the past 12 years, including high-end clients such as Linklaters, Lloyds of London, Healthcare America and Intercept IT, as well has having a strong background in Change and Service Management.
He is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and is also MSP and ITIL Foundation qualified. He is also a helicopter pilot and former South African restaurateur.
James Boyden

APM PMQ, MBCS - Company Secretary
Born in Brighton and educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Jim has been delivering Project results for clients ranging from the King of Saudi Arabia, the Kenyan Army and the Ministry of Justice through to universities and hospitals. Jim is a qualified Association of Project Management Professional and a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
He is also a member of the British Computer Society and the International Association of Project Managers, a Chartered Manager and a Graduate in Leadership and Management (IL7). He holds SC level and Disclosure and Barring Service clearances.
He is very used to working under pressure as he spent a previous career working with a British Army Bomb Disposal Team.
